Big Wreck and The Road Hammers to headline Rock the Boat Music Fest 2019 in Tyne Valley, PEI! Tickets on sale NOW!

Get ready to rock at the 6th annual Rock the Boat Music Festival! Headliners this year will be Canadian-American rockers Big Wreck and JUNO Award winning Canadian Country Rockers, The Road Hammers. Rock the Boat Music Festival will be held on August 3, 2019 at Tyne Valley, Prince Edward Island.

The highest selling Canadian Country Music band in history, The Road Hammers will feature their unique blend of classic rock and country music. The Road Hammers have five Top 10 radio hits in Canada. Hard Rockers, Big Wreck, will energize Green Park with hard rock hits such as “The Oaf (My Luck is Wasted),” “That Song,” and “Blown Wide Open.”  The headliners will be joined by Canadian Classic rockers Honeymoon Suite (New Girl Now, Feel It Again) and PEI Legends Haywire! Fan favourites, The Ellis Family Band, will be returning to Rock the Boat once again in 2019. PEI Indie Rockers, Soul Filler will round-out the line-up. This year’s event will also be hosted by none other than Joee Adams of “East of the Dial!”

“Green Park will be rocking more than ever,” said Adam MacLennan, Festival Chair. “We take great pride in featuring Canadian Rock Music and this year we have our strongest line-up from top to bottom.”

Rock the Boat Music Festival, a one-day concert that takes place at Green Park during the Tyne Valley Oyster Festival, has featured Canadian acts such as Blue Rodeo, The Glorious Sons, Trooper, April Wine and Tom Cochrane.

This year’s concert will take place on Saturday, August 3, 2019.
