The Sheepdogs to rock the Maritimes in March; on sale this week

Music fans have another reason to head to Downtown Halifax, as well as Moncton in 2016.

The Sheepdogs will bring their tour to the Marquee Ballroom on March 17th at 9pm, as well as Casino NB on March 18th at 8pm. The tour is in support of their latest album “Future Nostalgia”.

“Trends come and go, styles fall in and out of fashion, but The Sheepdogs remain steadfast in their commitment to rock n’ roll excellence. Since their inception, the band has always sought to play the kind of music they themselves love: “Pure, simple, good-time music,” as singer/guitarist Ewan Currie puts it. It’s no surprise, then, that the band’s fifth LP, Future Nostalgia, is firmly rooted in the rock tradition that listeners have come to expect from the boys.”  Sonic Concerts said of the new album.

With a US tour finished up, the Canadian Tour begins in January, covering more than 20 markets across the country.
