Doobie Brothers expand tour with Maritime dates this October
California classic rock legends The Doobie Brothers have expanded their 50th Anniversary World tour to include stops in the Maritimes this October.
The Doobie Brothers lineup will feature classic members TOM JOHNSTON, MICHAEL MCDONALD, PAT SIMMONS and JOHN MCFEE.
“Four-time GRAMMY Award winners and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees, The Doobie Brothers have added a Canadian leg to their 50th Anniversary Tour which has had TOM JOHNSTON, MICHAEL MCDONALD, PAT SIMMONS, and JOHN MCFEE back on the road together for the first time in over 25 years.
The tour will make stop ten stops across six provinces kicking off at the Scotiabank Centre in Halifax on Friday, October 13 – the band’s first time performing there in over 40 years– followed by a show at the Avenir Centre in Moncton on Saturday, October 14.” organizers evenko & Live Nation said in a release.

Newly announced dates include a stop at Halifax’s Scotiabank Centre on October 13th, and Moncton’s Avenir Centre on October 14th.
Tickets for the newly announced shows are on sale now! The shows start at 8pm each night.
The shows in Moncton and Halifax mark the band’s first shows on the East Coast in nearly four decades.
