Rock fans are feeling “Sweet Emotion” this Tuesday morning.
Organizers with Cape Fest 2014 in Sydney NS today revealed that Aerosmith and Slash(ft. Myles Kennedy & the Conspirators) would be headlining the inaugural event as part of their just announced “Let Rock Rule” tour.
The festival takes place September 12th, 2014 at Open Hearth Park.
Opening acts include The Trews, Slowcoaster and Breton Rock
Tickets will be going on sale soon online at tickets.capebreton.ca, by Phone at (902) 564-2200 and In Person at the Centre 200 Box Office, 481 George Street, Sydney, NS.
Tickets will start at $99.75 for early bird GA(Will raise to $119.75) as well as a gold access option for $199.75 including section close to the stage, private washrooms and concessions.
Aerosmith and Slash last played Atlantic Canada in 2012, with dates at the Salmon Festival, and select indoor venues respectively.
Aerosmith has spent the better part of the last two years supporting their new album “Music From Another Dimension” while SLASH is currently working on his next solo record.
