The Cavendish Beach Music Festival is just two sleeps away, there will be people, sun, sand, and most importantly, world class music acts.

CBMF takes place from July 6-8th featuring the best in country music over three days.

Artists performing this year include Alabama, Rascal Flatts, Dierks Bentley, Chad Brownlee, Bill Anderson, Makayla Lynn and so many more.

Q: HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?
$179.50 for 3 day GA
$375.00 FOR 3 day VIP Pass

VIP Club Pass Includes: exclusive partially tented elevated area with tables, chairs, exclusive washrooms, complimentary hors d’oeuvres (daily between 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm), beverage specials within the VIP Club, wait staff, food & beverage service, video monitors, special festival entrance, preferred parking and the VIP Pit with access to the front of the stage barricade (limited capacity for your safety so remember to share with your fellow VIP Club members). Entry into the VIP section requires a VIP Ticket and VIP Wristband for Parents, and a VIP Ticket and VIP Wristband for their Children 6-12 accompanying them.

Q: WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
The Cavendish Beach Music Festival accepts: cash, Master Card, and Visa (no checks).
Q: IS THERE A PLACE THAT I CAN LEAVE TICKETS FOR A FRIEND TO PICK UP LATER?
The Will-Call window is located near the main concert entry.
Q: WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I LOSE MY CHILD INSIDE THE FESTIVAL?
If your child becomes lost inside of the festival grounds, please notify the uniformed security officer or volunteer.

Q: AM I ALLOWED TO BRING A BACKPACK OR PURSE INTO THE FESTIVAL?
There are certain items that are NOT permitted and cannot be brought onto the Cavendish Beach Festival grounds. Cavendish Beach Festival reserves the right to alter carry-in policies at any time. Currently, items NOT permitted include, but are not limited to:
Framed Backpacks
Large bags
Other carry-ins
Umbrellas
Outside food or beverages
Cans or glass bottles
Alcohol
Contraband
Pets
Video equipment
Professional cameras
Recording devices
Laser pointers
Skateboards
Inline skates
Coaster wagons
Kites
Frisbees
Picnic baskets
Weapons of any kind
What is allowed (all items subject to inspection, prior to entry, at venue gates):
Non framed backpacks (they will be subject to inspection at venue gates)
Small purses (they will be subject to inspection at venue gates)
1 sealed bottle of water, 1L or less.

Q: CAN I BRING FOOD OR DRINK INTO THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS?
No. No outside beverages or food of any kind is allowed. However, one sealed bottle of water, 1L or less will be permitted. Once inside the festival, you can purchase food and drink from a variety of vendors.

Q: ONCE INSIDE, CAN I LEAVE AND RETURN LATER?
Yes. You may leave and return, but you must have your ticket scanned out before you exit and your wristband. Upon re-entry you will need to have a valid ticket rescanned and you will also need a valid wristband.

Q: DOES CAVENDISH BEACH MUSIC FESTIVAL HAVE PRIVATE PARTY OR COMPANY OUTING PACKAGES?

Q: DOES CAVENDISH BEACH MUSIC FESTIVAL HAVE VIP SEATING?
Yes. Chairs are provided in the VIP section by the festival. Entry into the VIP section requires a VIP Ticket and VIP Wristband for Parents and a VIP Ticket and VIP Wristband for their Children 6-12 accompanying them.

Q: CAN I BRING LAWN CHAIRS?
Yes. Standard lawn/camp chairs are acceptable to bring. We ask that you do NOT bring high back lawn chairs if you plan to sit close to the stage. We recommend the popular “bag” chairs. Carry-in chairs are not permitted in the VIP section. Chairs in the VIP section are provided by the festival. Chairs left unoccupied in the line-up prior to gates opening will be removed.

Q: CAN I BRING A STROLLER FOR MY CHILD INTO THE FESTIVAL?
Yes. Strollers are acceptable.

Q: IS THE FESTIVAL HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?
The LOTTO MAX presents Cavendish Beach Music Festival has been recently accredited as “Fully Accessible” byAccess Advisor. We offer a wealth of services to our physically challenged guests to ensure a positive experience. Services include an accessible parking lot for those with the government issued parking passes, a limo golf cart shuttle service to and from the parking lot, through accreditation at the gate, accessible washrooms, crushed gravel pathways, and a newly constructed accessible viewing platform that offers a premium view of the main stage. Our accessible viewing platform is fully licensed and comes complete with a beverage server. We do not take reservations or charge a separate fee for this service. Space is plentiful and is offered on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Q: ARE WHEEL CHAIRS AVAILABLE AT THE FESTIVAL?
A limited number of wheel chairs are available at either entrance. There is no charge for usage, but a valid picture I.D. and/or driver’s license must be left with the gate attendant. When the wheelchair is returned to the same gate it was obtained at, the I.D. will be returned.
Q: CAN I BRING MY SERVICE ANIMAL WITH ME?
Yes. Service animals are allowed, but pets are not.

Q: CAN I BRING A CAMERA TO THE FESTIVAL?
No audio/video recording devices or professional cameras are allowed. The Cavendish Beach Music Festival defines professional cameras to be anything with a removable lens, and/or any camera with anything better than a 3x zoom capability, and/or any camera that is 10 mega pixels or better.

Q: CAN I EXCHANGE MY TICKET(S) IF I DO NOT USE THEM?
No refunds or exchanges including, but not limited to, failure of performer(s) to appear, changes in performer(s), or cancellation due to inclement weather.

Q: CAN I PARK NEAR THE FESTIVAL?
Yes. Parking lots are available throughout the Cavendish area. There will be transportation to and from the designated festival operated parking. You can view a map of the Cavendish area highlighting the designated festival parking and pick-up / drop-off locations.

Q: CAN I CAMP AT THE FESTIVAL?
Yes. There are tent and RV camping locations near the festival grounds. Details and rates can be found on the accommodations page as they become available.

GENERAL INFORMATION / FESTIVAL POLICIES

Seating is general admission; festival capacity is limited.
The facility reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person violating the facility, local, province, or federal laws or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by management.
Performers, programs, dates and times are subject to change without notice.
Persons entering the facility may be subjected to searches for weapons, contraband, professional cameras, video equipment and recording devices, or other items which are expressly forbidden on the facility premises and are subject to confiscation.
Patrons entering the facility are subject to potentially having their image and/or likeness reproduced for promotional and/or publicity purposes in festival photography and/or web casts by festival, contractor or partner of the festival.
First Aid stations and EMT will be present on the festival grounds
Festival guests are encouraged to arrive early to avoid long lines at the gate prior to headlining acts. Gates open at Noon on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Please keep in mind that if you plan on leaving the festival and returning there may be long re-entry lines.
Payphones are available outside the festival grounds in Avonlea Village.
Portable restrooms and handicap portable restrooms are available on the festival grounds. Hand washing stations are available; however guests are encouraged to bring their own hand sanitizer.
You must be 19 years of age to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages. You must have a photo ID.
The Cavendish Beach Music Festival has big screen video walls, giving virtually every guest a front row experience and more!
The Cavendish Beach Music Festival has a designated smoking area. Please be courteous and respectful to your fellow patrons and refrain from smoking outside of the designated smoking area.

WEATHER:

For the most part, weather will be sunny, so sunscreen is advised. Some rain may move in late on Friday night, although the festival shouldn’t feel too much of it. Check the concert weather box to your right for the latest.
