Rascal Flatts, Kenny Chesney in talks to headline Cavendish Beach Music Festival?

East Coast music fans love a good show, especially those who enjoy shining up their boots and putting their cowboy hats on for a hot Island summer party.

Sources close to the Cavendish Beach Music Festival are telling Atlantic Canada Rocks that the first wave of announcements will pop up in the next couple of weeks.

Specifically, Rascal Flatts and Kenny Chesney are said to be in final negotiations to headline two of the festival’s four nights which will take place from July 5th-8th next year.

Other acts that are known to be in the planning stages include Carrie Underwood and Zac Brown Band. While there are obviously many other acts that will make appearances, these four names are floating the most.

According to our source, an announcement will be made sometime in the middle of this month with the hope of announcing the Racal Flatts and Kenny Chesney portion of the weekend. This lines up with the festival’s desire for a pre- holiday season announcement.

It was said that the other acts would be announced in the early part of next year.

In previous years, CBMF has featured acts such as Taylor Swift, Brad Paisley and Tim McGraw. The festival is known for it’s large draw and spectacular venue.

Who’s ready for another party?!
