The 2010 EAST COAST MUSIC AWARDS are taking place this weekend in CAPE BRETON. This year promises to be an awesome event! The ECMA’S are where we honour the greats in the Atlantic Canadian music industry. The event is held at different cities throughout the region each year.
Leading in nominations is Halifax singer JOEL PLASKETT. He has been nominated for EIGHT awards this year! That’s alot of awards! I’m sure he will be a winner, could he break a record? Could he win everything he is nominated for? Lets find out, the event is just days away!
The televison broadcast takes place March 7th 2010 at 7:30PM Atlantic Time. This year, Bell Aliant will offer a web broadcast of the gala. For Details go to www.bellaliant.net/ECMA , the event will also broadcast on local TV Stations.
