The New Glasgow Jubilee have announced their headliners for the festival taking place July 29-31st!
Burton Cummings, Arkells, and The Glorious Sons will take the stage throughout the 3 day event, with more acts to be announced soon.
“True Canadian rock and roll royalty will headline the 2016 Riverfront Jubilee, when former Guess Who front man Burton Cummings headlines the Sunday night show at the 21st annual festival.” organizers said in a Friday release.
Both Arkells and The Glorious Sons have been making waves across the country over the past several years, selling out venues nearly every place they play.
Door crasher weekend passes will be on sale starting May 5th at ticketpro.ca, with special weekend pass prices in effect for 2-weeks.
“We allot 5,000 tickets per night and in 2013 when Great Big Sea headlined we sold out, and with an artist like Cummings, we wouldn’t be surprised if that happened again,” said Carlton Munroe, executive director for the New Glasgow Jubilee.
